How We Secure Client Information
We take the security of client data seriously. Our operations use enterprise-grade platforms with robust security measures:
Google Workspace. All firm email, document storage, and collaboration runs on Google Workspace, which provides enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest, advanced threat protection, two-factor authentication, and compliance with SOC 2, SOC 3, and ISO 27001 standards. Access is restricted to authorized firm personnel.
Slack. Internal firm communications use Slack's Enterprise-grade platform, which encrypts data in transit and at rest and complies with SOC 2 Type II. Channels containing client information are restricted and access-controlled.
Notion. We use Notion for internal knowledge management and matter organization. Notion encrypts data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), is SOC 2 Type II certified, and supports granular permission controls. Client-related workspaces are restricted to authorized personnel only.
Perplexity. The Firm uses Perplexity's AI research tools to support legal research and analysis. When using Perplexity Pro, queries are not used to train models and data is not shared with third parties. We do not input personally identifiable client information or privileged communications into any AI tool without appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain client files and records in accordance with applicable rules of professional conduct and our document retention policies. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
